The program is an advanced study of teaching techniques, postures, philosophy, meditation and pranayama.
The 300hr course builds on the foundational knowledge and subjects offered in the 200hr program.
By completing the 300 Hour course on top of your 200 Hour instructor certification you are eligible to be a RYT 500 registered yoga teacher which is the highest qualification as a yoga teacher and is highly regarded around the world.
The set standards of Yoga Alliance apply to the curriculum of the 300 Hour course.
All 300 hour yoga courses include the following parts for the yoga certification.

The elective hours of the course are 170 of the total 300 hours.
