Our students mainly range in age from 28 to 50 and come from all over the world. Most of the students are European, Australian and American.Its always a good mix.

Yes, we recommend you have your own mat for the duration of the training for hygiene reasons. If you want to reduce the weight of your luggage you can also purchase a yoga mat upon arrival.

Yes! With the successful completion of all the requirements of the program you will receive your Diploma evidencing your training with the Yoga Alliance.All Yovada Teacher Training is held at accredited Yoga Alliance Schools.

The 200 hour program is a foundational yoga teacher training course which is recognised by the Yoga Alliance.Many new teachers decide to continue their Teacher Training education and participate in an advanced Program as a way to further solidify their skills, knowledge and style as a yoga instructor. 300 and 500 hour programs offer you the opportunity to do so.

Yes you can apply the 200 hour training to 500 hour programs.

Yes, Yoga Alliance is an organisation that was started in 1999 as a way to create recognised standards for yoga teachers and yoga teacher training courses.All our Yoga Teacher Training Courses are held at Yoga Alliance Registered Schools. Once you receive your certificate of completion at the end of the course then it is up to you to submit the certificate to Yoga Alliance along with your application.

Some yoga retreats offer airport transfer. Please email your retreat organisers for arrangement. If it's not included in the package price, most venues can be reached by taxis, boat, shuttle or bus.

The type of vaccination you'll need depends on where you're traveling to. The best way to find out is to visit your local travel clinic. They'll be able to provide you the proper information.

It's recommended to check online whether you'll need a visa or not. Most countries offer free visa on arrival and 30-60 days tourist visas.

Traveling has never been safer. We recommend bringing a language book or download a translator app on your phone, it'll come in handy when you're traveling to a foreign country. Use your discretion regarding handling money and late night outings and be courteous whenever possible.

Yes. Yovada offers free cancellation and refund within 14 days of booking if the booking was made at least 90 days before the event starts.
