Yoga classes are suitable for anyone beginner to an advanced practitioner, as each class is customized to meet individual needs. All instructors are certified, have 5+ years of teaching experience. Yoga styles include Hatha, Kundalini, Yin, Restorative and other classic Yoga styles with a focus on improving overall balance, boosting the immune system, assisting weight loss and helping you find a sense of peace, tranquility, and focus.
Different yoga techniques will be introduced and different meditation techniques as well, so that you can find the one that fits you best. The team will also create a special custom-made plan for you to continue afterward, so that your retreat becomes an ongoing positive experience in your daily life.
