This 100 Hour Master Fusion course is aimed to  provide a traditional style of yoga, comprehensive and genuine knowledge of philosophy, yogic life, asana-pranayama, anatomy, meditation-breathing techniques, mantra- chanting, spiritual life, and much more.

You will learn from enthusiastic yoga teachers who have studied yoga, meditation, and spiritual techniques from distinguished yoga universities such as Gurukulam since childhood.

Program

HOURS + TOPICS

Your instructors will be teaching you Om chanting, MahaMrityunjaya Mantra, and Gayatri Mantra to help with your concentration. You will also be learning Guru Vandana and other Hindu prayers you would say before meals.

In this class, you will be learning the primary asanas and the basic poses like dynamic, standing, inverted, twisting postures, back bend, forward bend and balancing postures. You will learn about 8 limbs of Yoga, Yoga therapy, Yoga for stress, Migraine and Insomnia, Yoga for Hypertension, Yoga for heart problem, Blood pressure and Diabetic, Three Dosha, the Nadi and kundlani. You will also gain basic knowledge of Chakra and Ayurveda, Yogic diet and difference between Satvic & Tamsic food.

This  module is an introduction to different yogic Mudra like - Jnana and chin, Bhairava, Shambhavi, Nasikagra and Prana mudra. You will learn to use different mudras for better health, concentration and for daily use.

In this class you will be learning yogic cleansing techniques which is very effective and good to remove many illnesses and open the body blockages.

You will be having classes on practicing different kinds of meditations. Yo will learn  what is breathing awareness meditation, bahir and Antartrataka, dynamic meditation (Osho meditation), Nada meditation (sound meditation), Chakra meditation, Third eye meditation, Yoga Nidra and Inner visualization.

Yoga is considered to be a perfect medium to know oneself and your his inner power. Anatomy classes expose the internal working of the body, bones, inner systems, and respiration that effect asanas and flows. The basic structure and function of the organs and system is very important for the practitioners so that their work as yoga teacher can be more enhanced. Knowing the different types of joints and their range of motions helps the students to be from injuries and also keep safe their students they start teaching.

Attend theoretical classes about the history of yoga andthe importance of yoga in daily life and its origin in India. You can ask questions and deepen your knowledge about the existence of yoga.

During the class, you will learn how to do perfect postures. You will also learn Ayurveda therapy, injuries, and how to integrate these into your daily practice. Basic knowledge of foot reflexology, warming up, alignment, and core posture is also taught. Teaching methodology is one the most important part of the course as a student will learn how to conduct a class, how to get in and come out from the posture, how to assist & help while teaching the class, which kind of words you should be using as a yoga teacher, what makes you different than other teachers in terms of teaching, which kind of asanas you should recommend with different health issue and how to use belts, bolster, bricks and chair during the class adjustment.

Pranayama is generally defined as breath control. Although this interpretation may seem correct in view of the practices involved, it does not convey the full meaning of the term. The word pranayama is comprised of two roots: ‘prana’ plus ‘ayama’. Prana means vital energy or life force and ayama means control.

These classes cover introduction of Pranayama, Yogic breathing technics for increasing awareness, benefits of pranayama, NadiSodhana pranayama, Bhastrika pranayama, Bhramari pranayama, Surya Bhedi and Chandra Bhedi pranayama
Ujjayi pranayama.

Certification

Full completion requires 100 hours of attendance, finished assignments and passed practicum yoga classes in order to be awarded a 100-hour yoga certification that counts towards Yoga Alliance continuing education.

Food

Daily freshly made vegetarian meals are included in the price. The food is fully prepared hygienically with fresh vegetables.

Sattvic foods help to calm our minds and purify our bodies by stimulating the mind and body to action. Freshly cooked food which is consumed no later than 3 to 4 hours of cooking can be considered sattvic. The food menu is prepared by the Chef who has extensive experience of working at the best 5-Star Hotels all over the world and is has vast knowledge about sattvic foods and its benefits to the human mind and body. His vast experience focuses on hygienic preparation of food and ensures that the food carries its nutritional values which are of great importance for living a healthy life.

Only eating the right kind of food is not enough. Eating the right quantity of food at the right time also play a vital role in what effects it has on your body. Eating more than the required amount of food causes us to feel lazy and lethargic, whereas eating less will not provide you with enough energy to go about your daily routine.
