12 Days 100hr Aerial And Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Aerial Yoga or Fly Yoga helps us to achieve a total-body workout, while being suspended from a hammock that is about two to three feet off the ground.

Aerial Yoga or Swing Yoga as many call it, encompasses major health benefits by providing a workout that allows one to stretch and strengthen the body, without overstretching the joints or compressing the vertebrae. 

This practice is especially recommended for people suffering from back issues, as the hammock acts as a support system.

Yin yoga teaches you to relax your body deeply, calm your emotions, stimulate the vital energy of the meridians (similar to nadi) and organs, while inducing a deep and intense stretching. 

Supports such as cushions, balls, tiles are used to allow the body to enter deeply into the asanas thus letting the energy flow and remove the emotional blocks that lead to physical blocks. 

The purpose of yin yoga is to relax the muscles and stimulate the connective tissue by applying optimal tension for a while whilst maintaining a deep breathing. 

This Yoga Teacher Training Course is duly certified by Yoga Alliance International USA which is a certification that is accepted worldwide to teach yoga.

Patnem Beach is beautifully ensconced closer to the southern tip of Goa. Situated close to the more popular Palolem and Agonda beach, it is rated as one of the quietest beaches in entire Goa. Though the waters here are not as calm and protected as you would find in Palolem, it is smaller, less crowded and a significantly friendlier beach.


A fairly quiet beach, it has its share of beach life and activity quotient. Visitors can easily spot the relaxed beach snacks full of yummy local and international cuisine, lively surf, opportunities for swimming enthusiast and some small beach activities.


Goa is connected to the most part of the world via direct flights. The airport is located at Dabolim and there are 3 major railway stations with trains plying to and from every corner of India.


The Patnem beach is about 70-80 km from the airport and 36 kms from the nearest major Railway Station, Madgaon. It is quite conveniently connected via taxis and bus routes from most part of Goa as well.

Food

The food for that teacher training have been chosen as per the requirements of the yoga practitioners. Keeping in mind the nutritional values and following the guidelines of ayurvedic science, they have prepared a wide spread of sattvik food which satisfies not only the taste of tongue but also the soul and mind. For breakfast you will be served fruits, porridge, and oats to give you your necessary energy for the day with complementary green tea. For your lunches, you will have salads, vegetable curry, and chutney to fill you up with protein. During the evening, you will be served light meals to ready you for the night. Appealing to the palate, these ingredients are freshly prepared and are all-natural.
