This intensive 500Hr Multistyle yoga course is designed to be practiced by beginner, intermediate and advanced level yoga students. The training is challenging which equip the yoga teachers with both physical and theoretical knowledge of yoga.

Joining this course will help you to achieve excellence in the field of yoga and allow you discover new aspects to learn, teach and embrace yoga. The program is structured to fulfill all advance learning and practice of yoga. The yoga instructors will teach a practical methodology for physical postures (Asana), breath control (pranayama), meditation, Yoga philosophy, yoga anatomy, yoga therapy, mantras.

This 500 hour yoga teacher training is for those who want to become a highly skilled yoga teacher; improve their physical, mental and spiritual well-being and want to improve their personal yoga practice techniques. The great emphasis is put on the personal growth to become a good person. The school offers a safe and supportive learning environment where you can practice yoga and learn theoretical and interactive teaching methodologies.

After completion of 500 hour yoga teacher training, the yoga students will be awarded a Yoga Alliance certification.

The 200hr course  will cover a meaning and importance/introduction of anatomy and physiology, introduction of skeleton structure and functions, bone anatomy and human skeleton system, important names of human skeleton system, introduction of joints, function of all types of joints, types of synovial joints and their functions, types of cartilage and connective tissues, pectoral girdle introduction and functions.

Your 300hr course material will cover brief introduction of skeleton system & function, anatomy of shoulder & function with the important name of muscles, anatomy of pelvic griddle with muscles names, spine anatomy & function/ importance in yoga practice, Kundalini shakti introduction & function, Chakra introduction & function with the endocrine system, Nadis- the energy channel function & importance, Prana introduction & importance in organ function, Panchakosha importance in function of the body.

Course includes deep practice of asanas (Postures) Ashtanga yoga & vinyasa flow as well as its theory. Students are also provided a separate class on alignment- adjustment- teaching methodology as these are part of the training, this class gives enough time to students to interact with their teachers and finding out the answers of their questions.

Yoga philosophy in Sanskrit called yoga darshan which means guiding students through philosophy of life with the help of ancient yoga texts to the aim of yoga. 200 Hour Course imparts teachings of the mystic sage Patanjali’s ‘Patanjali yoga sutras’ which teaches students to learn how to live appropriate life.

Mantras – Sound vibrations that permeate every cell of your being and allow your mind to dissolve and repose. Meditation is that which gives you deep rest. Meditation is an activity in which the practitioner just sits and allows the mind to dissolve. The rest in meditation is deeper than the deepest sleep that you can ever have. When the mind becomes free from agitation, is calm and serene and at peace, meditation happens.

The prana creates an aura around the body. It flows through thousands of subtle energy channels called ‘nadis’ and energy centers called ‘chakras’. The quantity and quality of prana and the way it flows through the nadis and chakras determines one’s state of mind. If the prana level is high and its flow is continuous, smooth and steady, the mind remains calm, positive and enthusiastic.

Ayurveda is ancient knowledge that indicates the very measure of life, advising on the appropriate and inappropriate, happy and sorrowful conditions of living, and recommending practices auspicious for longevity.


This 500hr Yoga Teacher Training Course is recognized by Yoga Alliance USA, Yoga Alliance UK & Yoga Alliance International. Students who complete the course can apply to become Registered Yoga Teachers at the 500hour level which allows global teaching opportunities.

Every Sunday, you will give your body and mind a well-needed rest. You can then take a trip to explore Bali, try hiking through waterfalls, visit popular Bali beaches, visit mountain-side temples and ashrams or if you feel like relaxing and doing your own thing, you are more than welcome to as well.


Vegetarian food is served three times a day, which is included in the price. Every meal at the school is made from fresh ingredients to ensure all meals are healthy and suitable for all students needs.
