Tavoos is a Tropical Zen Garden Restaurant with a Non-Profit Wellness Center. Their philosophy is that wellness is a basic human right, not a privilege to only those who can afford it. This is why they have set up that non-profit social venture. Each time a guest attends any classes, the centre donates one to a Cambodian woman or child so that they can experience wellness classes as well. They also donate 100% of the profits from their retreats towards digging water wells for families around Siem Reap.
As the largest and only fully licensed Yoga Center in Siem Reap, they offer daily Yoga, Medical Qigong, Nia and art classes, as well as Luxury Wellness Retreats. A venue for inspiration. They promote a healthy and inspirational lifestyle in a zen and luxurious environment. They have several divisions, each specializing in different aspects of health, wellness, art and events needs.
This program focuses on Hatha Yoga, with each instructor adding their background and teaching in other areas/types of yoga like Ashtanga Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Rega Therapy, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yoga Meditation and more.
All teachers present their teachings in an open-minded and modern way, yet deeply preserving the respect for the ancient tradition of Yoga.
