An in-depth overview to the human body and asana. You'll learn about the groups of muscles engagement in different yoga postures and how they interrelate to help stabilise the posture. As well, you'll learn how to do hands-on adjustments on other students.

You'll be introduced to the wonders of teaching yoga and how to find your teaching voice from within. Exploration includes finding what resonates with you and your yoga practice, the skill to communicate with your students while managing a class. In addition, you'll find ways to deliver a yoga class with fluidity and grace but also challenge your students in a unique way.

A spiritual gateway through chanting mantra and singing songs. Kirtan is an auspicious way to unite your spiritual energy through your gifted voice. Sanskrit and mantra are charged with energy and when sung in large groups, it has a special effect. This is an arena to explore and receive the benefits through music.

A variety of meditation techniques will be introduced here. Concentration exercises will help still the mind and assist you into a deep state of meditation. You'll have the chance to practice and dive deep into the most important aspect of yoga.

Human anatomy and physiology is an essential part in this training. You'll learn about the gross human anatomy system including the cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, endocrine, nervous and respiratory system. 

Breathing exercises are the critical link of the body and mind. Different pranayama exercises will be introduced and each will have a different impact on the mind. Practice time will the allotted to assure full understanding of this important subject. 

The study of the Yoga Sutra by Patanjali will focus on Ashtanga Yoga or the 8 limbs path. This is an important text for all yoga practitioners. It introduces the state of the mind and how to reach 'Samadhi' or the absorption with the universe as described by master Patanjali.

Various techniques on teaching will be shown. Including verbal, visual and kinaesthetic methods on leading a yoga class. You'll also learn about the contraindications, variations and modifications of all major yoga poses. 

Graduate ready to step out immediately into your first teaching job! Enjoy daily morning soul rocking 75min yoga practice, hatha/vinyasa infused with restorative/yin, adjustments, oils, daily shifting & lifting meditation and learn to cultivate a home practice. Add Reiki level 1 certification in addition to your 200hr yoga alliance certification. Enjoy training field trips ​ and yogic lifestyle workshops covering nutrition, self care, life as a moving meditation​. Experience an Art of Manifestation and Intention Setting workshop​. Learn Mayan emotional release & clearing meditation, morning intention setting tea ceremony & oracle cards and a heart opening cocoa ceremony infused with meditation.  Enjoy special elemental circle ceremonies. Practice teach on the beach and enjoy a Graduation ceremony on the beach on the final day.


Upon completion of the course, you will receive certification through a 200hr Yoga Alliance Registered Program under Full Circle Wellness School of Yoga & Intuitive Arts.

TIME OFF Ceremony, Workshops, Excursions and more are added into afternoon and/or morning sessions. Homework is nightly consisting of one short writing assignment, reading the following day's chapter, and working on class sequencing each night based on that day's asana learning. Your spare time is yours to explore the nearby towns and beaches, eat, rest, relax, get a massage or simply swing in a hammock!

Florida Keys is often a destination for people who want to escape and take a breather. The Florida Keys are islands apart from Florida where you will find glorious beaches with clear waters, deep green mangroves, and sandbar islands.

Florida Keys are sought for its beaches but there are several attractions tourists can go to such as museums on Key West. The Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum, The Key West Art & History Museum at the Custom House are among the few you can visit. You can also try doing popular water activities in the Keys such as scuba diving. Some of the popular diving sites are Spiegel Grove, North Dry Rocks and the USNS Vandenberg. If nightlife is your cup of tea, don't forget to check out the famous Duval street for a raucous party scene.

You can go to Florida Keys by plane through the seaplane base on Marathon Key and Key West International airport with schedule flights to ten destinations including Atlanta, Tampa, and Miami. You can also get in by car. Just take U.S. Highway 1 leads from Miami to the Keys via the famous Overseas Highway. You can also go to Florida Keys by bus. Greyhound has service to and from the Florida Keys. Terminals are located on Marathon, Big Pine Key, and Key West.
