Their philosophy is that wellness is a basic human right, not a privilege to only those who can afford it. This is why they have set up Tavoos as a non-profit social venture. Each time a guest attends any classes, the centre donates one to a Cambodian woman or child so that they can experience wellness classes as well. Tavoos also donate 100% of the profits from their retreats towards digging water wells for families around Siem Reap.
What the centre offers is unique. Not just a restaurant, not just a Yoga center, not just a venue for private events. Tavoos promote a healthy and inspirational lifestyle in a zen and luxurious environment. Tavoos has several divisions, each specializing in different aspects of health, wellness, art and events needs.

Eleonora is certified as Yoga Acharya (Master of Yoga) by the International Sivananda Vedanta Centers, and Registered 500 hours ERYT through Yoga Alliance. She has explored Iyengar and Ashtanga lineages, yoga anatomy and is a student of Sri Krishnamacharya’s teachings with A. G. & Indra Mohan
For the past 20 years she has studied yoga, vipassana meditation, plus Tibetan Buddhism with different masters throughout India, Nepal and Europe, including Tenzin Gyatso, His Holiness the XIV Dalai Lama.
Eleonora is constantly on the move, furthering her practice, learning from wonderful masters while teaching to students from all walks of life.
