24 Day 200Hr MultiStyle Yoga Teacher Training

In this 200-hour yoga teacher training you will learn a multi-style yoga practice including Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga (dynamic flow), Yin yoga, Sivananda, Ashtanga, Aerial and many other traditions of India. In this manner, the student has an option of choosing their own style of yoga practice and teaching in future. The course also focuses on the therapeutic aspects of yoga, so that students can learn how to both practice and teach in a safe and smart way.

The aim of the course and school is to guide and direct yoga practitioners and students towards highly professional and qualified yoga teachers in 24 days. Their Yoga Teacher Training Course is duly certified by Yoga Alliance which is a certification that is accepted worldwide to teach yoga. The Yoga certification courses are devised after in-depth study of yoga texts and having years of experience in yoga techniques.

The course leaders will cover the most important aspects of yoga by building a bridge between East and West, between science and spirituality, between practice and teaching.

Requirements

As there are no prerequisites for this course, your instructors only need your participation and commitment. It is also highly encouraged that you have been practicing yoga for some time prior the retreat.

Practice the primary series of ashtanga vinyasa and learn asanas in a traditional Indian way.

Heal your body and calm your mind as your learn its inner workings while also learning the benefits of yoga for your physical body.

Learn the philosophy of yoga, lifestyle, and ethics which are foundations to become a successful and well-rounded yoga teacher.

Gain knowledge from your instructors as you prepare to teach this to your own class.

Learn how to teach in a small group and a large group, respectively. This will practice you how to handle a class in real life situations.

Certification

You will get certified in just 24 days! Participate in the classes, pass each of the lessons in the syllabus, and pass your requirements, Kashish Yoga will award you with the 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certificate.

TIME OFF The Palolem Market is nearby and offers you fresh fruits, vegetables, and various seafood that you can try on your free time. During your free time, walk along the beach and bury your toes in sand and appreciate the warm sun on your skin and the waves tickling your feet. Patnem town is also nearby and is home to the most exquisite seafood dishes. A spice farm is also nearby where you can gather up and purchase the spices there and take them home with you. This will be a trip that will excite all of your senses and bring out your desire for travel and adventure.

This is the land of white sands, bright sun, sparkling waters and swaying palm trees. The most beautiful state of India offers a perfect environment for the yoga practitioners. Tropical weather and multi cultural atmosphere has attracted the travellers from all around the world to this pearl bounded by the Arabian Sea in western India. Goa was originally a Portuguese colony before 1961. You can still feel some of the Portuguese architectural heritage and some Portuguese influence in Goan cuisine.


The climate of Goa is always pleasant throughout the year with temperatures ranging from 24 to 29 degrees. It’s the only state of India which offers lush green and smooth roads away from pollution and chaos. The best time to visit Goa is from October to April. 


Kashish Yoga retreat has three spacious yoga shalas for classes as well as individual practices, a massage room and sitting area and dining area. Keeping in mind the nutritional values and following the guidelines of ayurvedic science, they have prepared a wide spread of sattvik food which satisfies not only the taste of tongue but also the soul and mind. For breakfast you will be served fruits, porridge, and oats to give you your necessary energy for the day with complementary green tea. For your lunches, you will have salads, vegetable curry, and chutney to fill you up with protein. During the evening, you will be served light meals to ready you for the night. Appealing to the palate, these ingredients are freshly prepared and are all-natural.

Patnem Beach is beautifully ensconced closer to the southern tip of Goa. Situated close to the more popular Palolem and Agonda beach, it is rated as one of the quietest beaches in entire Goa. Though the waters here are not as calm and protected as you would find in Palolem, it is smaller, less crowded and a significantly friendlier beach.


A fairly quiet beach, it has its share of beach life and activity quotient. Visitors can easily spot the relaxed beach snacks full of yummy local and international cuisine, lively surf, opportunities for swimming enthusiast and some small beach activities.


Goa is connected to the most part of the world via direct flights. The airport is located at Dabolim and there are 3 major railway stations with trains plying to and from every corner of India.


The Patnem beach is about 70-80 km from the airport and 36 kms from the nearest major Railway Station, Madgaon. It is quite conveniently connected via taxis and bus routes from most part of Goa as well.
