21 Day 200hr Hatha, Vinyasa & Yin Restorative Yoga

Join passionate and experienced yoga teachers Leah Sugerman and Jess Rose on the tropical island of Koh Samui, Thailand for an immersive 21 day yoga teacher training. Exploring aspects of both Yin and Yang yoga, you’ll discover how to both create a dynamic, disciplined practice and how to slow the body down to restore and rejuvenate. Practicing alignment-based Hatha and Vinyasa Flow each morning and Restorative and Yin yoga each evening, you will get the chance to explore these complementary practices and all the elements necessary to be able to confidently teach both.

Extensive study of asana, alignment, anatomy, adjustments and assists, the philosophy and history of yoga, teaching methodology, intelligent sequencing, and the business of yoga will prepare you to teach with confidence and poise. Leah and Jess teach a multidisciplinary approach so that you can graduate with the ability to confidently teach multiples styles of yoga and meditation. While alignment based Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative yoga are at the core of the teachings the methodology is also influenced by Ashtanga, Iyengar, Anusara and Kundalini traditions.

Whether you’re looking to deepen your personal practice or to teach professionally, this course will provide you with everything you need to take your yoga to the next level. The course will feature a full, one-day silent retreat so you can draw your awareness inward and reflect to better understand yourself and the practice of meditation.

Trainings are capped to ensure they stay small, personal, and intimate so you will have an individualized experience with lots of direct contact and guidance from your teachers. Feel safe and supported throughout the whole journey as you make new like-minded friends and have plenty of contact with your teaching staff.

  Koh Samui, Thailand

Lined for nearly its entire length by hotels and guesthouses, this is, after Chaweng, Samui's most developed beach. You'll see clutches of deckchairs and umbrellas at regular intervals for its entire length. Southeast facing, Lamai's sunrise can be pretty dazzling.

Lamai is on Samui's Southeast coast and is the island's second largest district after the popular tourist area- Chaweng. The area offers similar fare to that of Chaweng, but is much more low key and affordable. It is also conveniently located with many restaurants, hotels, beach, shops and viewpoints nearby. You can get around by foot, car, taxi and bus. With the general laid-back atmosphere, Lamai is suitable for all types of travellers, The beach offers the best sunset views on Koh Samui Island. Lamai's walking street market is hosted on Sunday evenings along the road between the fresh market and the bridge. As with Samui's other walking street markets, this one offers good, cheap street food, cocktails, clothing stalls and music. Coco Splash, Samui's only water park, is located in Lamai back off the beach towards the northern end of the village.

There are daily flights operating to Koh Samui International Airport. The airport is around a 20 minute taxi drive away from Lamai. You can also reach Koh Samui via ferry from the mainland port at Surat Thani. The ferry will take around 90 minutes.
