The training provides an in-depth exploration of the fundamentals Vinyasa Yoga in a fluid combination of breath and movement. Taught with a hands-on and very practical approach, this training will guide you on a step-by-step process through each posture, transition, and sequence. Study classical yoga philosophy with truly experienced teachers, and build a solid foundation in your practice which will prepare you to confidently teach this dynamic yoga style. Throughout your 200-hour training you will learn two distinct but complementary styles of yoga – Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga – to bring balance to your practice. These two styles in combination create a wholesome program which combines an active (Yang) with a passive (Yin) practice.

The unique Orion Vinyasa flow style was created by lead teacher, Ewa Juszczyk, and is a dynamic sequence of asanas and fluid transitions. Flow from pose to pose as you build up grace, strength, and stamina in your body. This deep, conscious, and unbroken flow of inhalation and exhalation gives you rhythm to move effortlessly from posture to posture. Get to know the art of Vinyasa Flow, learn to understand perfect alignment in each pose, and find the joy of teaching challenging transitions so that you feel confident enough to create your own class structure. To balance out this strengthening practice, you will also learn to teach signature Yin Yoga classes. A meditative yoga practice with slow, gentle and rocking movements – Yin Yoga postures create a sequence that is deeply nourishing. Learn how to guide students in a gentle transition from one asana (pose) to another by flowing seamlessly into a relaxing, deeply de-stressing, and contemplative practice.

Throughout the training you will also learn how to develop a balanced and healthy Sattvic lifestyle – one of wholesomeness, creativity, balance, and confidence. The staff encourage you to maximize your yoga practice by cultivating a calm mind and meditative state through a sattvic (yogic) diet by promoting a healthy lifestyle with a plant-based diet, based on one of the core principles of yoga – Ahimsa (non-violence).

Your training price includes accommodation, 28 days of training onsite and 29 nights of accommodation, course materials, delicious vegan breakfast and lunch buffet at Orion café, opening circle and arrival meal, full access to retreat facilities such as wifi, herbal steam room , infrared sauna room, and fitness room, Orion café and beach Shalla's, reiki course, and t- shirt and stainless steel water bottle.

By joining this training, you will embark on a truly self-transformative journey. Allow yourself to venture into a creative space and trust in your own practice while connecting with the depths of your true self. The experience of a yoga teacher training is unique, and those you share this experience with will create the deep bond of friendships that last a lifetime. Upon completion of this course, your yoga sangha (family) will continue to expand as you embrace fellow teachers, students, and community.

  Koh Phangan, Thailand

Srithanu is nestled around a bay on the west side of Koh Phangan island. It is a sanctuary for yogis and those on their spiritual journey, attracting healers, teachers and students alike who all come together to create a real community.

Koh Phangan is a tropical island in the Gulf of Thailand located between Koh Samui and Koh Tao. Known as a land of coconut trees, majestic beaches, awe-inspiring sunsets and the full moon parties it is a paradise waiting to be discovered.

Amongst the palm-fringed white beaches the pace of life slows down to the sound of the sea. The best time to visit the island is from December to March when the water is high and good for swimming. You can reach the island by ferry from the neighboring island of Koh Samui where there is an international airport with good connecting services to Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Hong Kong. If you are not in a rush trains and buses run from Bangkok with ferry connections.
