Venue   Prana Casa
Prana Casa, Venue for 24 Day 200Hr MultiStyle Yoga Teacher Training

The peaceful property is located on a spacious piece of land in the middle of the costa Vicentina Natural Park, on the west coast of the Atlantic Ocean. Three surf locations – namely the world famous Arrifana, Amoreira and Monte Clerigo beaches – are within a five minute drive from your retreat, and there are several beautiful hiking trails close by, scattered through Rota Vicentina.

The retreat features three bedrooms, of which two doubles with a shared bathroom and one a large bedroom with an extra floor and an attached bathroom (four sleeper). The house itself has a large garden boasting shady olive trees, lemon trees and an extended herb and vegetable garden. A salt-water swimming pool allows guests to sunbathe and relax while talking with friends and fellow guests. On most days, yoga classes take place on the wooden yoga deck in the garden, while bad weather sees the class head indoors.

There are different airports to fly into, the closest one would be Faro. From here it will be only 1hr and 15 min by car to the West coast or you can take a train or bus to Lagos and then a taxi to the location. There are also cheap flights flying to Lisbon (3 hr drive) and Seville (Spain) and there is good public transportation from there to Lagos which will take around 4 hours.
