24 Day 200Hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training

This RYT 200-hour training course is centered on the themes of finding and connecting to your deeper inner level of consciousness and using the vibrant environment of Ubud to return to that which matters; conscious awareness. 


This training will focus on creating space for true inner peace and strength. Guest lecturers and teachers are invited to share their wisdom to further enhance your learning experience. 


This is a dynamic, nurturing and safe environment for you to delve deeply into your physical practice while discovering emotional transformation and heightened spiritual awareness.

Ubud is the spiritual heart of Bali, a majestic small town, surrounded by rice paddie fields and rainforest and dotted with Hindu temples and shrines everywhere.

Home to many yoga centers, health cafes and streets of local craft shops. The soft temple bells encapsulate Ubud’s magic with historic temples built on almost every street corner. 

There are international flights daily to Denpasar International airport from all over the world. The best way to get around in Bali is by car service and the journey to Ubud from the airport will take at least one hour.

A delicious and healthy buffet breakfast is provided to students daily (excluding Sundays off). After a morning of meditation and asana amidst the trees, nourish your body with fresh tropical fruits, nutrient rich salads, home baked red-rice, grain or gluten free breads, freshly pressed juices, a variety of warm dishes and a team of chefs to serve you eggs any way you desire, ginger tea and local coffee, and so much more.

The restaurant offers a delightful and creative organic raw vegan cuisine. Lunch and dinner is open for you to explore the food at the local restaurant or around Ubud. The town is full of healthy cafes, local Balinese warungs and international food. Fresh juices, smoothies, raw desserts and fresh salads are abundant in Ubud.

Syllabus

HOURS + TOPICS

Daily intensive asana practice will deepen your own practice and provide a solid base for your teaching skills to develop. 

The history of yoga, important texts, works from yogic masters and traditional wisdom is shared in a way to offer a deeper insight to yoga and its heritage and how that is appropriate in modern day practice. 

Anatomy and physiology are covered to offer a detailed and thorough understanding of the human body and its systems.

Sequencing skills, teaching skills, adjusting skills, extensive vinyasa sequence training, correct alignment of postures is all covered to ensure you are ready to teach.

Daily practice of meditation and Pranayama (Breathing exercises) is important in the training. An introduction as to how and why these relate to yoga and how to teach them to others is covered.

Certification

Completion of the training will provide you with a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance approved teaching certification that is valid and recognised globally.
