200Hr Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher Training

Embark on a transformative journey. During this 200-hour training, you will be taken to new levels of both your teaching method and personal practice.

The course is an integral system of yoga based on classical Hatha yoga lineages, with influence from Himalayan Buddhism and Taoism practices. The method is based on universal rules of yoga that ultimately allow the practitioner to develop highly intelligent and mindful practice.

The training starts with a strong physical foundation, evolving into energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual practice. Key principles and rules of yoga are taught, allowing the teachers and dedicated practitioners to gain in-depth understanding, knowledge and insight into the methodology and the effects of yoga practice.

The yoga system encourages function within an existing society, rather than against it or apart from it. This allows for deeper connections with the spiritual and physical beings that surround us on a daily basis. When individuality is inspired and oneness within community is celebrated, the teachings become inclusive of infinite possibilities.

This training takes place in Koh Samui. This provides the perfect yin to yang of intense training, balanced with the relaxation that only paradise can bring. This inspiring learning environment is combined with exotic surroundings such as white sand beaches, energetic rock formations, thick jungles and natural waterfalls. This yogic paradise offers an inspiring learning environment, including the only yoga sala in Thailand to be constructed over an ocean cliff-side. Deepen your meditation with the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks. Students will also have access to all resort facilities such as wifi, infinity pools, spa, cafe and sky gym.

This teacher training includes your accommodation, nourishing meals, course tuition, learning materials, a graduation ceremony, airport transfers, your Yoga Alliance certification, access to salt-water infinity pool and full access to resort facilities. Get ready to take your practice to new heights and take the first step on an exciting and enriching new journey.

  Koh Samui, Thailand

Lined for nearly its entire length by hotels and guesthouses, this is, after Chaweng, Samui's most developed beach. You'll see clutches of deckchairs and umbrellas at regular intervals for its entire length. Southeast facing, Lamai's sunrise can be pretty dazzling.

Lamai is on Samui's Southeast coast and is the island's second largest district after the popular tourist area- Chaweng. The area offers similar fare to that of Chaweng, but is much more low key and affordable. It is also conveniently located with many restaurants, hotels, beach, shops and viewpoints nearby. You can get around by foot, car, taxi and bus. With the general laid-back atmosphere, Lamai is suitable for all types of travellers, The beach offers the best sunset views on Koh Samui Island. Lamai's walking street market is hosted on Sunday evenings along the road between the fresh market and the bridge. As with Samui's other walking street markets, this one offers good, cheap street food, cocktails, clothing stalls and music. Coco Splash, Samui's only water park, is located in Lamai back off the beach towards the northern end of the village.

There are daily flights operating to Koh Samui International Airport. The airport is around a 20 minute taxi drive away from Lamai. You can also reach Koh Samui via ferry from the mainland port at Surat Thani. The ferry will take around 90 minutes.
