Especially with numerous areas that you need to cover as a yoga teacher, it can seem like a daunting task. However, after this course, you will wonder why you were so anxious in the first place.

The mechanisms underneath that move the body are as important as the postures and chants. This allows you to better empathise with your students and develop their practice that suits their own state.

There’s no meaning behind your teachings if you don’t follow them in your personal life. One of the best ways to teach is by example and the moment you leave their doors, you will be well on your way to becoming a shining beacon of a healthy and wholesome lifestyle.
