This program has been designed to be accessible and enjoyable for anyone who is willing to give every effort into positively transforming their lives and those around them. 

The aim of this training is to help you find your own authentic teaching voice and inherent natural style. It is a teacher training that will build a strong foundation of knowledge and provide techniques to transform students into teachers. It will deepen and build your personal practice as you embark on a transformational journey toward becoming an inspiring yoga instructor. 

You will be challenged to go deeper into your physical practice and awaken within you, the capacity to guide, inform and inspire others.

You’ll be encouraged to delve deep within yourself to observe your own mind and tap into your true self. To get to your true self, you must examine dreams you have forgotten, fears that are holding you back, and beliefs that are not your own. Finding the courage to discover who you really are will help you realize your true potential.

Let go of your conditioned and limited beliefs and behaviors. This work will be a physically, mentally and emotionally demanding experience but only when we truly ‘do the work’, can we guide and inspire others with true authenticity.

At the end of the program, you will be ready to move forward in your life with more clarity, confidence, courage, love and happiness.

The training is a complete and progressive learning experience that will deepen your knowledge and build a solid foundation to become a working yoga teacher in each of these fields of study: Anatomy & Physiology, Asana & Sequencing, Hands on adjustment, Modifications for injuries, Teaching Methodology, Pranayama & Meditation, History & Philosophy, Sanskrit & Mantra, Energetics, Yoga Sutras Ethics. 

You will gain skills to teach asana technique, proper alignment, and the benefits of each pose and learn how to artistically create inspirational classes with innovative sequencing that fulfill all levels. You will also understand the difference between yang & yin yoga postures.

You will learn how create classes which are light, yet powerful journeys, infused with yogic philosophy and your unique heart’s message; how to still your mind, access your power and tap into your innate wisdom; how to communicate clearly and confidently in a group setting; hold space during your yoga classes; how to discover your voice, share your heart’s message and speak your truth; how to create a website, take intriguing yoga photos and develop content.

You will also have a good understanding on how to create a successful yoga business and how to approach yoga studios for teaching jobs.

Certification

Full completion requires 200 hours of attendance, finished assignments and passed practicum yoga classes in order to be awarded a 200-hour yoga certification as a Registered Yoga Teacher.

Free Time

You’ll have one full day off, once per week to process, absorb and meditate on the information being given during your training. Take time to unwind, enjoy the local beaches, try a Balinese massage and take time to integrate the lessons you are learning.

Food

When staying on site, the tuition includes three healthy and delicious meals per day, fresh drinking water, and juice.​

You will enjoy a variety of delicious meals here. Serving a wide variety of authentic Indonesian, Western and Asian cuisines, the venue provides you with two restaurants to choose from: The Beach Restaurant where you can sit and enjoy the rest of the evening with beach lounge and acoustic music, and a seafood Japanese restaurant.

Presenting one of the luxurious rooms Balian Beach can offer - the River Suite. It is a boutique hotel room designed for two people. Equipped with comfortable double beds and cooled air conditioned for those hot nights.

The room is constructed with teak wood and recycled boat wood and decorated in contemporary colors and fabrics.

Facilities include: Safety Box, AC, Bathroom completed with hot and cold shower, Bath Towel, and electric kettle.

Balian beach is on Bali's west coast and is a great place for surfing, spending lazy afternoons and eating under palm trees. While it’s best known as a place to go for riding one of Bali’s famous surf breaks, it also makes for a fine diversion for the non-surfing inclined. Pondok Pitaya is on the edge of a natural volcanic black sand beach and beautiful cliff crafted by nature itself. The beach is perfect for long walks and has all year round waves for surfing. Many Yoga groups are starting to looking into Balian Beach as an alternative training spot other than Ubud.


All rooms have been reconstructed from indigenous houses imported from Java, dating back to the 1930's. Rooms include twin share Surfer Suites and large houses that can sleep up to 8 people. One of the best place in Balian Beach for Surfing and Yoga.


This is a cozy alternative hotel consisting of different type of Indonesian traditional wooden bungalows built of teak woods and boat woods, facing the surf break, swimming pool, conveniently located literally meters from the beach. Each bungalow is unique in its own way, there is no room that has the same design, fitted with queen size bed, ceiling fan, hot shower, and a safe box for guest valuables. In-room fridge is available on the bigger size bungalow,


Located directly in front of the Balian surf break. Denpasar International Airport is a 90-minutes drive, traffic dependent.
