You will learn Hatha Yoga and Astanga Yoga to keep good health, strength, flexibility and harmony between body, mind, and soul. You'll get familiar with the different Asanas (postures) in a systematic manner with a progressively increasing level of difficulty (advanced yoga asana). Asana improvement and Advanced Yoga asana practice will be detained independently. This yoga teacher training course offers comprehensive training on best way to teach Yoga.

The teacher revealed the soul meditation for a modern everyday life where people can discover deep peace and delight. This class focuses on the introduction of the basic viewpoint, concepts, and history of yoga. Types of yoga and their purpose with precise style will be discussed.
For physical and mental purification, an introduction and practical six yoga detox processes are offered. The yoga detox processes reviewed are Neti, Dhauti, Nauli, Basti, Trataka, and Kapalbhati. All these techniques are very helpful to create healthy and strong body.
Teaching practice is significant to become a teacher, so at least 10-hour teaching practice is necessary for everybody. You will be supervised while conducting class for teaching practice.
After the successful achievement of the yoga teacher training courses, you will receive a yoga certificate which is valid at every corner of the world and also certified by Yoga Alliance International & Nepal Government.

Kathmandu is the largest city and capital of Nepal and the namesake of the Kathmandu Valley. Once thought to be the fabled and inaccessible Shangri-La, Kathmandu is now a hub for independent travellers as well as a growing vacation spot catering to all budgets. There are various attractions that you can visit that is filled with ancient history such as Patan. Patan's most interesting attractions include the Golden Temple (together with a number of tortoises found in its courtyard), the five-storey Kumbeshwar Temple (dating from 1392), and the Red Machhendranath Temple (dating from the 17th century, and containing carvings of a number of weird and wonderful animals). The Patan Museum is housed in a carefully restored Malla royal palace on Patan Darbar and exhibits about 200 examples of bronze or copper gilt statues of Buddhist or Hindu deities.
Nepal is also home to eight of those 8000'ers: Everest (8848 m), Kanchenjunga (8586 m), Lhotse (8516 metres), Makalu (8485 m), Cho Oyu (8,201 m), Dhaulagiri I (8,167 m), Manaslu (8163 m) and Annapurna I (8109 m). The rest are found in Pakistan, China and India.
