Deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra) relaxes your body and mind and helps you to revive and refresh. Yoga Nidra has more influence to relax compared to the sleep so doing an hour of yoga Nidra is supposed to be as stimulating as having 4 hours sleep.

This class focuses on the introduction of the basic viewpoint, concepts, and history of yoga. It includes the range of traditional philosophy and viewpoint, insights from contemporary research and approach in which the real meaning of this holistic life-view can be included in modern existence. Types of yoga and their purpose with precise style will be discussed.

In yoga, one needs to learn the way body works as it is relevant to the yogic body, so Anatomy and Physiology are very important. You will study a comprehensive discussion of 7 chakras with their position, purpose, characters, colors, and function in yoga practices.

Three main Nadis as Ida, Pingala, and Sushumna will be talked with their functionality and flow of the energy. The course of five Koshas will be intentional and discussed along with the five main Pranas and five Sub pranas with their purpose and flow in a detailed part of the body will be studied. Introduction of Ayurveda (Traditional medicinal system) will be studied. In addition, we will talk about the impact of Yoga-Meditation in our existence and health.

For physical and mental purification, an introduction and practical six yoga detox processes are offered. The yoga detox processes reviewed are Neti, Dhauti, Nauli, Basti, Trataka, and Kapalbhati. All these techniques are very helpful to create healthy and strong body.

Teaching practice is significant to become a teacher, so at least 10-hour teaching practice is necessary for everybody. You will be  supervised while conducting class for teaching practice.

Kathmandu is the largest city and capital of Nepal and the namesake of the Kathmandu Valley. Once thought to be the fabled and inaccessible Shangri-La, Kathmandu is now a hub for independent travellers as well as a growing vacation spot catering to all budgets. The Patan Museum is housed in a carefully restored Malla royal palace on Patan Darbar and exhibits about 200 examples of bronze or copper gilt statues of Buddhist or Hindu deities.

Nepal is also home to eight of those 8000'ers: Everest (8848 m), Kanchenjunga (8586 m), Lhotse (8516 metres), Makalu (8485 m), Cho Oyu (8,201 m), Dhaulagiri I (8,167 m), Manaslu (8163 m) and Annapurna I (8109 m). The rest are found in Pakistan, China and India.

Take prepaid/local taxi from airport. Provide the location to taxi driver as follows:
Airport => Balaju Bypass => Fulbari Gate (Najarjun gate) => Way to Goldhunga road just 650m ahead, in left side there is big white house with sign board of Nepal Yoga Home. It takes just 30 minutes from airport to Nepal Yoga Home if there is no traffic jam.
