21 Day 200hr Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training


This course is designed to prepare you to teach Hatha Yoga & Vinyasa Flow. The focus is on understanding the basics of modern yoga while still respecting the roots of its traditions. Exploring aspects of both Yin and Yang yoga, you will discover how to fire up the body, and how to slow it down.

Practicing Hatha and Vinyasa flow each morning, and restorative and Yin yoga each evening, you will explore these two complementary practices and all the elements necessary to be able to confidently teach both.

This 200-hour teacher training course is practical and intensive. The highly experienced teachers will help you to deepen your own practice as well as acquire the necessary skills to become a professional yoga instructor.

There will be extensive study of asana, alignment, anatomy, adjustments and assists, the philosophy and history of yoga, teaching methodology, intelligent sequencing, and the business of yoga, all will prepare you to teach with confidence and poise.

Embark on this 21 day training that will help you to awaken, evolve and shine your light on the world. Upon completion of this course each student will become a certified yoga teacher equipped with all the skills needed to become a yoga professional.

The training includes your course materials, restorative and yin yoga lessons, your 200 hour certification, one photography session of your experience, your accommodation, all your meals, drinking water, wifi, mat, t-shirt, pen and notebook.

Establish a good understanding of human physical anatomy and physiology as it applies to yoga, as well as the understanding of the human subtle anatomy and its relationship to the process of awakening. Learn about the chakras, nadis and the flows of prana in the body, and how students can work effectively with the subtle body in order to bring about a gentle and progressive awakening of the whole being.

Learn a strong and progressive asana practice, the principles of integrating mudras and bandhas with asana practice, the important poses in the various categories of asana practice including standing poses, forward and backward bends, twists, and inversions, and how these different categories can each play a role in the process of yoga.

Understand different aspects of teaching yoga to work effectively in a classroom environment. Learn different teaching styles, the use of language and voice, and understanding the dynamics within a group. Learn the ethics involved in teaching, setting effective boundaries, using language appropriately and understanding the student teacher relationship. Learn how to create a lesson plan and manage the time within the lesson, both at the beginner and intermediate level.

Learn basic yoga philosophy including an overview of the Vedas and Upanishads; the theory and practical use of mantras in yoga; the theory of meditation and how changes take place in the mind through it's practice; and the theory of prana and it's role in the process of awakening.

This course will focus on providing you with the ability to lead a class in a competent, effective and compassionate manner.


Upon completion of this yoga teacher training, students will receive certificate affiliated with Yoga Alliance.This is a Registered Yoga School RYS200 with Yoga Alliance which is highly recognized internationally.

Hat Kuat is just nearby, a beach that is ideal for lying on the sand and getting a tan or swimming the cool waters and going for a snorkeling session. Nam Tok Phaeng is a pleasant waterfall that greets visitors after a short hike. Further up, the Domsila Viewpoint offers scenic views of the island. The Phaeng-Domsila nature trail is a several hour trek that bring out the wander out of hikers as the tropical jungle never fails to amaze.

Mostly known for yoga, detox and spiritual retreats, the island offers quietude to recharge the body and mind. It consists of small, beautiful palm-fringed beach bays.

Koh Phangan is easily accessed by ferries from the neighbouring island of Koh Samui, where there is an international airport with good daily connections to Singapore, Hong Kong and Bangkok.

A perfect place to soul-search and relax, located in the village of Wok Tum. Surrounded by gardens and lush jungle, this is the best place for you to escape the city and unwind for a while. Its secluded location gives you a home away from home experience. The venue offers a contained community space with mountain/jungle views. There are 10 bamboo huts available for double occupancy, allowing 17 participants in total, a very cozy and intimate group. Please be aware spaces in the bungalows is small and separated by a thin cloth. Should you wish for a private bungalow please book private package.
