This is a journey of discovery, cleansing and awakening of your healing energies and senses. Under the care of an Ayurvedic Doctor at your initial consultation, your personality type or your Dosha will be diagnosed from whereon a personalized daily treatment schedule will be formulated for you. 

Even the nutrition shall be prescribed from the exclusive Ayurvedic Spa Cuisine and will be Dosha-specific to enhance your remedial inception. The cuisine and the Ayurvedic treatments together deepen the effects of this healing tradition.

The treatment oils are freshly prepared and follow the traditional method of use and prescription to the exact precision so as to extract the most potent therapeutic results for you. 

The Ayurveda Panchakarma ritual unfolds as you are anointed with individually selected, hand mixed and customised medicated herbal oils that are freshly prepared daily to restore the crucial inner harmony of the body and the senses.

Ayurvedic meal plan as prescribed is included in your program. The retreat believes in wholesome, organic, seasonal, local and nutritionally dense ingredients are the basic building blocks of healthy cuisine. Food here is designed to enhance and restore health and increase strength and longevity with it's own organic farms.

Himalayan rock salts are used to add minerals as well as flavour. Where a sweet taste is required the resort uses natural sweeteners such as fruit juice, honey, jaggery or coconut flower syrup which provide so much more in terms of minerals and anti-oxidants.

Healthy cooking techniques are used such as braising, steaming, poaching and grilling and temperatures are kept low so s much natural flavour and nutrients as possible are retained, whilst ensuring the food is easy to digest.
