24 Day 200-Hour Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Training In Nepal


This is a thorough and in-depth program taught in scenic beauty which will capture your heart and lend something truly special to this experience. Lessons are provided throughout the course in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, meditation, pranayama, mudras, yoga philosophy, and human anatomy. 

This yoga teacher training program is located in the center of Nepal and is taught according to the ancient text and the old traditions of the Vedic Ages. You will push your mental and physical limits to attain your goal of becoming a yoga practitioner & a yoga teacher.

Learn detailed teachings of  Vinyasa Series, study alignment oriented classical Hatha Yoga, uncover the secrets of mystic Pranayama, train the breath to still and focus the mind, learn Yoga Nidra, discover how to teach Meditation, study detailed Anatomy and learn the basics of Yoga Therapy.

You will have the unique opportunity to explore Nepal along with its rich culture during your breaks and time off.

Learn the core principles of the Hatha Yoga & Vinyasa Series and master the steps to do your asanas confidently - from the traditional sun salutations to detailed structuring of different postures. You will also attend workshops on the art of alignment and adjustment.

Let your body and mind fully relax! You’ll be focusing on both full body relaxation techniques and emotional body relaxation. You’ll also learn about many different ways to meditate, from chakra and mantra meditation to walking meditation, just to name a few! Yoga Nidra is also offered to remove mental pressure and ease your sleeping. 

It all starts with breathing. You will find out all about the importance of yogic breathing, the science behind it, and how it can lessen stress levels and achieve emotional purification.

Awaken energy by learning all about the yogic gestures. Not only will you learn about external gestures like the eye and finger mudras, but also about the importance of internal gestures.

An extensive overview about the history and origin of yoga, letting you explore many different types of yoga. Expand your knowledge about the relationship between mind and body. This also serves as your introduction to Ayurvedic science as well as yogic terms and definitions.

Learn how to create positive vibration and energy through mantras. Find out all about OM and the importance of tantras and mantras for energy, wisdom, and fearless leaving.

Learn how to practice safely and understand the physiology of asanas and pranayamas. Discover how yoga can help with common disease such as colds and migraines, as well diabetes, thyroid issues, obesity and back problems.

Certain workshops will be provided to improve your  hip opening, back bending, forward bending and twisting postures.

Meditation can do wonders for both the body and soul. Discover its benefits and the proper techniques of meditation for breath, chakra and mantra awareness, full moon, inner light, body-less, third eye, and walking.  


Once completed you are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance. Upon successful completion, students will receive a 200Hr Teacher Certification accredited by Yoga Alliance. This allows you to teach globally.

Free Time

The school gives off days to students for rest but it also has many surprise fun and entertaining activities for you. You are taken on excursions and expeditious trips in the wonderful landscapes of Pokhara, including the visit to the different landscapes. Students will do Yoga in the mountains as the sun rises spreading its red flames across the ranges. Next will be half day visit towards hot springs in Annapurna ranges as well as trek on the different traverses in the Annapurna ranges accompanied by a guide. Add to it is a trek to the Phewa Lake. Besides, a stay at Sarangkot will be organized.


You will be provided healthy, delicious and nutritious vegan meal three times a day, with special care taken to prepare vegetarian food including spices and herbs. All food follows a yogic diet, complementing the requirements of your teacher training program. Enjoy the unique flavours of the region and the fresh produce and spices that Nepal is known for.

Kaski District, Nepal

Pokhara is a city on Phewa Lake, in central Nepal. It’s known as a gateway to the Annapurna Circuit, a popular trail in the Himalayas. Tal Barahi Temple, a 2-story pagoda, sits on an island in the lake. On the eastern shore, the Lakeside district has yoga centers and restaurants. In the city’s south, the International Mountain Museum has exhibits on the history of mountaineering and the people of the Himalayas.

One of Nepal's most beautiful spots, Phewa Tal is surrounded by a combination of monkey-filled forests and the high white peaks. The reflections in the mirror-like water in the early mornings are something you must see at least once.

Tourist buses  and crowded local buses/microbuses (NPR400-600, 6-7h) travel the 200km journey between Kathmandu and Pokhara almost every 15 minutes starting at 07:30 through late afternoon. Yeti Airlines, Buddha Air, and Simrik Air are reputable airlines that operate regular flights.
