You must have completed a 200-hour TTC with Samatva or any school certified by Yoga Alliance to be eligible for this course.

This yoga teacher training is an intensive and integrated course that goes into complete detail the complexities of yoga, from its origin to important concepts. Each session is specially designed to help you leave the school with the knowledge and confidence you need to spread the healing power of yoga.

The comprehensive course will familiarize you with the tenets of yoga therapy and human physio, will help you intensify and master yoga asanas in tandem with their effect on anatomy. You will observe daily pranayama and meditation along with chanting so you understand their strengthening and balancing properties.

Dive deeper into the philosophy of yoga, important concepts of Hatha Yoga, Diet, Asana technique and benefits, Kriyas, Mudra and Bandhas. You will discuss yoga as a discipline, concepts of Chitta and its Vrittis, Yoga Nidra, Yama, Niyama, Pranayama, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi. Dive deeper into human anatomy and physiology in respect to yogic practices as well as yoga therapy.


On completion of the 300 hour teacher training course based on Yoga Alliance standards you will be able to register as RYT 300, or RYT 500 provided you also have 100-hour teaching experience. With a deeper understanding of yoga you will be able to run your own yoga school or classes that are better designed and offer customised solutions for individuals who require yoga therapy.

Swarg Ashram is a beautiful spiritual community located south of Lakshman Jhula along the path of the east bank of the Ganges River. It is made up of temples, ashrams, bazaar, sadhus and the bathing ghats where religious ceremonies are performed at sunrise and sunset.

You’ll see ganga aarti, light ceremony, held at the riverside temple of the Parmarth Niketan Ashram every night, celebrated with singing, chanting, musicians and lighting of candles. This famous pilgrimage spot is also noted for its traditional and cultural performances, exotic cuisine and many other enriching unique factors.
