This 200hr training based on the hatha yoga tradition.
Meditation is an important part of the training and at the end of the training you are invited to lead both an asana and a meditation class on your own.
Discover various types of hatha yoga classes and support each teacher to create authentic sequences that fit the moment.
In the training the morning asana classes have more focus on alignment, strength, endurance and flexibility with a great sense of body and mind awareness.
The afternoons are more restorative with yin yoga and yoga nidra, or for example focus on a particular chakra.
In terms of meditation the course offers a variety of meditations such as silent sitting, movement meditations, heart meditations, and buddhist meditations.
Besides asana and meditation, practices like breath awareness, basic pranayamas, kriyas (cleansing techniques), and mantras will be presented and practiced within the course from the very beginning.
With a meaningful theoretical and practical approach, the training features daily practice of meditation, pranayama, and asana, study of the asanas and their musculoskeletal alignment, verbal and hands-on adjustments and their benefits and contraindications, scientific background of the hands-on adjustments, study of the Vedic and Upanishadic mantras, chanting and meditation studies, as well as anatomy classes.
