28-Day 200-Hour Classical Hatha Yoga Training

This is a course of integral evolution, and invites you to journey towards the very roots of classical Yoga.

The cornerstones of the teachings are energy-based classical Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, spiritual heart meditation, and the non-dual wisdom of Advaita Vedanta.

During this training you will be introduced to a sequence of 38 classical postures, which combine the traditional static holding of poses with the dynamic flow of sun salutations.

To introduce the full scope of Hatha, the syllabus also incorporates purification techniques, breathing exercises, and meditation.

The practice is framed by the study of yogic philosophy, fundamental scriptures, subtle energies and chakras, and the state of consciousness.

The course is structured in a coherent way to enable beginners and advanced practitioners to obtain a comprehensive overview.

The dedicated team of professional teachers translates the wisdom of the Yoga tradition into accessible modern language.

The aim is to take the Yoga off the mat and integrate it into daily life. The full-time training stretches over a 4-week period.

The first half builds up a solid foundation of theory and practice, and the second half focuses on the development of teaching skills.

The small group size (30 students) allows for personalized interaction, individual support, and an intimate, family like atmosphere.

The inspiring teachings and the intensive practice have the potential to trigger profound changes, making this Teacher Training Course a unique experience.

The cost of the training includes your daily breakfast and a certificate of achievement. Lunch buffets can be accommodated for an additional fee of 170€.

Venue   PRASHANTI
PRASHANTI, Venue for 28-Day 200-Hour Classical Hatha Yoga Training

Welcome to Prashanti, a quiet, restful and spiritual destination located in a beautiful setting surrounded by green rice fields, just a short, ten minute walk from downtown Ubud, the cultural epicenter of Bali.

A small, bubbling creek runs next to Prashanti, and from our doorstep, one can walk for hours through lush rice fields and coconut tree lined trails. As the city swells with traffic and pedestrians, Prashanti offer a relaxing, meditative escape from the hustle and bustle of the hectic tourist scene.

Prashanti is built primarily of wood and natural sustainable material such as bamboo and alang alang, limiting the use of chemical products. Rooms are equipped with fans and designed in such a way that the natural river and jungle breeze cool down the room temperature.

Inclusive of two yoga studios, eco-friendly luxury rooms, onsite Balinese catering, and more, Prashanti is the ideal location to come on a restorative and healthful retreat or training.

Prashanti Yoga Retreat is a fusion between contemporary and authentic Bali. For those who enjoy being immersed in nature, soothed by a symphony of crickets and frogs, surrounded by dragonflies, butterflies and the legendary Kupu Kupu Barong, but want to stay only a few steps away from Ubud's city center, Prashanti offers the best of both worlds.

Ubud is located in the middle of Bali. Denpasar Bali Airport is located on the southern tip of the island. From there you can take a taxi to Ubud. It will take you between 60-90 minutes.
