Learn the core principles of the Hatha Yoga & Ashtanga Vinyasa Series and master the steps to do your asanas confidently - from the traditional sun salutations to detailed structuring of different postures. You will also attend workshops on the art of alignment and adjustment.

Let your body and mind fully relax! You’ll be focusing on both full body relaxation techniques and emotional body relaxation. You’ll also learn about many different ways to meditate, from chakra and mantra meditation to walking meditation, just to name a few! Yoga Nidra is also offered to remove mental pressure and ease your sleeping. 

It all starts with breathing. You will find out all about the importance of yogic breathing, the science behind it, and how it can lessen stress levels and achieve emotional purification.

Awaken energy by learning all about the yogic gestures. Not only will you learn about external gestures like the eye and finger mudras, but also about the importance of internal gestures.

An extensive overview about the history and origin of yoga, letting you explore many different types of yoga. Expand your knowledge about the relationship between mind and body. This also serves as your introduction to Ayurvedic science as well as yogic terms and definitions.

Learn how to create positive vibration and energy through mantras. Find out all about OM and the importance of tantras and mantras for energy, wisdom, and fearless leaving.

Learn how to practice safely and understand the physiology of asanas and pranayamas. Discover how yoga can help with common disease such as colds and migraines, as well diabetes, thyroid issues, obesity and back problems.

Certain workshops will be provided to improve your  hip opening, back bending, forward bending and twisting postures.

Meditation can do wonders for both the body and soul. Discover its benefits and the proper techniques of meditation for breath, chakra and mantra awareness, full moon, inner light, body-less, third eye, and walking.

Gokarna is one of the most picturesque places in India combining nature, history and culture in one tiny temple town. Head first to the famous Om beach to increase your spiritual energy! Other famous beaches include the palm-lined Kudle beach where you can try out local food at beach-side eating spots, and the Gokarna Beach which is nearby famous places of worship - the Mahabaleshwar and Maha Ganapati temples. Known for its idyllic beaches and pristine waters, Gokarna is a favorite among travelers who seek a peaceful vacation. It is the more laid-back and less commercialized version of Goa. Other than the famous Om beach, it has Kudle beach and the more secluded Half Moon and Paradise beach for watersports activities.


Since Gokarna is a religious place, the town has a lot of vegetarian-only places which makes it ideal to get used to Ayurvedic eating. At the center, you will be provided healthy, delicious and nutritious vegan meal three times a day, with special care taken to prepare Ayurvedic food including spices and herbs.

At the same time due to the proximity to the seaside, finding seafood is not at all difficult. Beaches are lined up with small restaurants offering all kinds of exotic cuisines - Mexican, Israeli, English breakfast, Indian etc. You can also find local cuisine of Karnataka and an authentic thali with some of the richest and traditional preparations. Other than this, the favorites of the town include upma, prawn masala, pomfret, kingfish as well as some of the most delicious ice cream flavors to relish.

The 2 bridges just outside of town which cross the Ganges, Ram Jhula and Lakshman Jhula, are where all the action happens.

There is plenty to immerse yourself in in this holy city. Take a dip in the Ganges, with her healing powers, check into a retreat to immerse in yoga, meditation, wellness and Hindu philosophy. Or try White Water Rafting or Cliff Jumping if you feel adventurous.

There are lot of soft treks available around Rishikesh, some of them take you to beautiful and hidden waterfalls. There are also caves, temples, ashrams, local towns and markets. There are many wonderful places to eat and savour Indian cuisine and a hot fresh cup of chai tea. 

Rishikesh is in close proximity of Dehradun's Jolly Grant Airport [15 kms]. There are multiple daily direct flights from Delhi which is the nearest international airport.
