Food

Three meals and two tea breakwill be provided every day of your training. All meals are pure vegetarian meals and freshly prepared in line with the principles of yoga and yogic eating. There are many different varieties so students can enjoy different seasonal vegetables and fruits all inclusive in the course fee. HOURS + TOPICS

Learn and understand the evolution of yoga over the ages. Learn the core principles from Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutra's, leading mini-lectures on key aspects with classmates.

Detailed instructions for Asana are given, addressing their alignment and key verbal adjustments as well as therapeutic applications. Practicing and leading classmates through asana classes will help you build confidence and surety in your own teaching.

Understanding the link between breath and emotions in relation to your yoga practice. A deep knowledge of breath-work and its effect on health and happiness is studied and how you can teach these practices to your students.

Experience various meditation techniques including  Vipassana, Dance Meditation, Dynamic Meditations, Shamata, Buddhists meditation and more to still your mind and assist stress relief. 

Engage in guidance, demonstrations, and practice with Yogic Therapy, Marma Therapy, Acupressure, and other techniques that address both the potential and limitations of yoga for various types of students. 

Learn the roots and application of Vedic mantra chanting with perfect pronunciation and intonation. Understanding how sound can positively charge oneself and the environment.



Get familiar with yogic purification practices that will heal, strengthen and cleanse the body on a daily basis. 



Certification

When you meet the requirements of the course, you will receive a certificate of a qualified yoga teacher recognised by yoga alliance. 95% attendance rate is required during the course. Certificate will be issued only after overall evaluation of which includes attendance in the classes, performance in the practical and theory exams and behaviour in the program, inside and outside the class.
