Learn a strong and progressive asana practice, the principles of integrating mudras and bandhas with asana practice, the important poses in the various categories of asana practice including standing poses, forward and backward bends, twists, and inversions, and how these different categories can each play a role in the process of yoga.
Understand different aspects of teaching yoga to work effectively in a classroom environment. Learn different teaching styles, the use of language and voice, and understanding the dynamics within a group. Learn the ethics involved in teaching, setting effective boundaries, using language appropriately and understanding the student teacher relationship. Learn how to create a lesson plan and manage the time within the lesson, both at the beginner and intermediate level.
Learn basic yoga philosophy including an overview of the Vedas and Upanishads; the theory and practical use of mantras in yoga; the theory of meditation and how changes take place in the mind through it's practice; and the theory of prana and it's role in the process of awakening.
Upon completion of this yoga teacher training, students will receive certificate affiliated with Yoga Alliance.This is a Registered Yoga School RYS200 with Yoga Alliance which is highly recognized internationally.

Anna is an experienced, passionate, & motivated Yoga Teacher with over 7 years of teaching experience & 15 years of practice & advanced training in Classical Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Pranayama, Yoga Philosophy, & a variety of meditation techniques & mindfulness modalities. She’s committed to providing extensive holistic training, while guiding students to live in authentic alignment with their inner being. She is adept in creating powerful teaching plans that supports an environment where students cultivate inner peace, physical health, & the mental/emotional capacity to live their best life.
Eda discovered Reformer Pilates 10 years a go, as “cure” for her small degree of scoliosis. R.P helped her gain an enormous body-awareness about the key adjustment principles. She started practicing Ashtanga Mysore Yoga short after. Since then she has been following world wide teachers to deepen her practice. She had practice with different lineages of teachers such as Sivananda, Iyengar School, Jivamukti School& Pattabi Jois Institute She teaches HIIT Yoga, Power Yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative/Yin. Her main focus is to nestle an innovative and fun flow with technique and alignment.
Sara was introduced to the Reiki path in 2008 by a friend. She was so moved by the experience that she knew Reiki had to be a part of her life. In the same year, she completed the Reiki Level I in Portugal. The more she learned and experienced through this amazing healing technique the more she took interest in Yoga philosophy. After starting to practice Yoga in 2009, and almost immediately, Yoga influenced her full way of life!
In 2013 she decided to go to Dharamsala to train in the wisdom of the Himalayas, starting with a Yoga Alliance RYT 200. She focused on Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Sivananda Yoga. There, she also studied asanas, pranayamas, anatomy, meditation, and yoga philosophy to great depths. During this trip, she also completed Reiki II.
Since then, Sara has been doing many courses and workshops, including Thai massage, chakra balancing, crystal & sound healing, completing her training as a Reiki Master and becoming a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500.
Generally, Sara teaches from Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow to Yin Yoga, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, Chanting & Meditation. And also Anatomy and Methodology.
She is currently leading Yoga teacher trainings, organising detox retreats and sharing her passion around the world in festivals with healing areas. She is giving regular sessions including Reiki, crystal healing and chakra balancing. In the massage area, Sara does Thai Massage, relaxation & Reiki Massage. She teaches daily Yoga classes, focusing on prana, strength, relaxation, body and breath awareness, groundness, loving and heart-centering, offered in an accessible and playful way, with devotion and love.
The shared bungalow is a cozy bamboo hut with breathtaking mountain and jungle views that can accommodate up to two guests. It includes a fan, a comfortable mattress, pillows, and fresh linens that are changed weekly. Each unit also has its electrical sockets, free WiFi and toilet paper. Electricity and water are not included in the unit but there are shared bathrooms and shower facilities on site.
