The month-long retreat is composed of three phases.
In your first week in Phase 1, you will focus on cleansing the body, clearing the mind, and getting to know yourself.

This phase includes 2 detox drinks per day, 2 good green shots per day, 2 detox meals a day, 2 liver flush drinks per day, 1 coconut juice per day and unlimited broth soups per day.
It also includes 4 colon hydrotherapy session, 3 x 60 min manual lymphatic drainage Therapy, 3 x 30 min FAR infrared sauna session, 2 x 60 min Thai Stretch, 1 x 60 min Foot Sanctuary, 2 Group Pilates Reformer/Core Suspend classes, and 1 Lifestyle coaching session.
Phase 2 takes 2 weeks and it is focused on your transformation. You enter this phase of transformation refreshed ready to start to create and learn new healthy habits for life.
This phase has a stronger emphasis in bridging the mind and body connection. Exercise and body movement activities begin in this phase in a more personalized setting.
Phase 2 includes an Initial Fitness Assessment, 3 Spa Cuisine Meals a day, 1 Power Blast shake per day, 7 x 30 min Far Infrared Sauna Session, 13 Personalised Fitness Sessions, 6 Group Pilates Reformer Classes, 4 Group Core Suspend Class, 2 Private Yoga, 2 Private Pilates Reformer Classes.

Final phase includes 3 Spa Cuisine meals a day, departure celebratory dinner, 2 fresh juices and smoothies a day, exit wellness consultation with take home guidelines, 1 temple visit and monk blessing session, 1 lantern releasing session, fitness consultation, private Pilates reformer session, private Yoga session, lifestyle coaching session, all take home guidelines and workout plans.
