28 Day 300Hr MultiStyle Yoga Teacher Training

Venture to Goa for a comprehensive multi-style yoga teacher training. This 300-hour course focuses on Hatha, Ashtanga-Vinyasa yoga (with an opportunity to experience the excitement of Aerial and Yin Yoga by undergoing a few classes). It involves the student in the study of the Patanjali Sutras, yoga psychology, science of breath & thought, understanding anatomy & bodily functions in relation to traditional & modern yoga practices. You will delve in the spiritual anatomy of our systems, physic meditations, tantra, ayurveda and knowing the work of prana in each yogic posture that you practice through the course.

The course is a careful compilation of practices from some of the oldest purist schools of yoga, It took a great deal of thought forming the 300-hour TTC, the team elected chapters from massive information & techniques available by the sutras, yoga & tantra to create a course that helps you question better, practice efficiently and evoke within you a researcher of this experiential science. This course blends both modern and traditional methodologies. Yoga has been evolving so are the teaching methodologies.

If you choose to get the course-only option, you are still entitled to your course fees and your everyday meals.


Please note that a certain amount of experience with yoga is required to take up this advanced course. If you are joining 300 hr program with us in order to obtain RYT 500 status with Yoga Alliance International, then please be informed that Yoga Alliance requires you to have an RYT 200 certification. However, if you are doing this program for self development, then please let us know about your prior experience with yoga so that our faculty can decide whether you are eligible to take up this course or not. Should you not be eligible, we would suggest you to take part in our 200 Hr YTTC and then proceed with 300 Hr.

You will be learning the basic postures and poses for Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga, along with meditation techniques involving Surya Namaskar. You will have classes on the mudras, yoga nidra, psychic meditation, and detoxification, as well.

Study the anatomy of the body and how the different Yoga poses and techniques benefit each part. You will have lectures on Tantra and incorporate Hindu mythology and stories into philosophy lessons.

Get tips and tricks from your instructors as you prepare to teach this to your own class.


You will get certified in just a month! Participate in the classes, pass each of the lessons in the syllabus, and pass your requirements, Kashish Yoga will award you with the 300 hour Yoga Alliance Certificate.

Patnem town is also nearby and is home to the most exquisite seafood dishes. A spice farm is also nearby where you can gather up and purchase the spices there and take them home with you. Patnem Beach is beautifully ensconced closer to the southern tip of Goa. Situated close to the more popular Palolem and Agonda beach, it is rated as one of the quietest beaches in entire Goa. Though the waters here are not as calm and protected as you would find in Palolem, it is smaller, less crowded and a significantly friendlier beach.

A fairly quiet beach, it has its share of beach life and activity quotient. Visitors can easily spot the relaxed beach snacks full of yummy local and international cuisine, lively surf, opportunities for swimming enthusiast and some small beach activities.

Goa is connected to the most part of the world via direct flights. The airport is located at Dabolim and there are 3 major railway stations with trains plying to and from every corner of India.

The Patnem beach is about 70-80 km from the airport and 36 kms from the nearest major Railway Station, Madgaon. It is quite conveniently connected via taxis and bus routes from most part of Goa as well.
