World Peace Yoga School provides you with a peaceful and inspiring environment to complete your 300 hour advanced training because it is their mission is to help you to establish inner-peace and wisdom through ancient yoga teachings even after you've left India's borders.

The 300-Hour YTTC is perfect for those students who completed the 200 YTTC already, and wish to go deeper into the science and practice of Yoga. The aim of most students attending this course is to be registered by Yoga Alliance US for 500 RYT.

The course fee includes one-month shared accommodation, daily vegetarian meals, daily detox juice and tea, weekend excursions, yoga materials and one sightseeing trip to the Himalayas. Private accommodations and air-conditioning are also available at additional cost.

Requirements

To register for 500 RYT with Yoga Alliance US, you must have completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training. Otherwise, you're free to attend if you simply wish to explore the deeper world of yoga for your own personal insight.

Syllabus

HOURS + TOPICS

This module will focus on what is also known as Mantra Chanting. The purpose of these practices in yoga is to generate vibrations and connect with the universe. Each mantra is special and rich with spiritual energy.

Students will gain extensive knowledge on yoga postures and will increase their strength, flexibility and discipline. This module will follow both Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha styles.

This course is an introduction to breathing exercises and will gradually delve deeper into the different techniques and details to better understand how to utilise your breaths.

The practice of Mudra hand gestures is an ancient facet of yoga. Performing gestures affects the energy flow of the body and can change a person's spiritual and mental characteristics.

The practice of Bandhas expands the lung capacity and breathing capabilities during yoga. It also strengthens the entire body from the inside out.

Meditation is a systematic practice that promotes physical, mental and emotional tranquility with the purpose of reaching Samadhi (self-realization).

When a yoga practitioner moves through the various internal states of Yoga Nidra, a profound experience of relaxation occurs. This is called "Turiya", a sensation of pure bliss.

Yogic cleansing exercises are important to learn how to incorporate your breath and meditate properly during physical aspects of yoga. It also removes the blockages in the energy channels.

Proper understanding of the physical body will help to prevent injury before, during and after practice. There are two kinds of yoga anatomy: physical and spiritual. Understanding both is needed.

Yoga Philosophy is the foundation of our yoga practice and is the key to earn yogic strength. Through the path of Vedanta Philosophy, you will establish a solid, well-rounded yoga practice.

Incorporating therapeutic yoga practices helps to address various physical, mental and emotional disorders. Students will learn techniques to combat these issues through yoga.

Students will take turns practicing their teaching skills by performing in front of their peers and teachers. A yoga teacher should efficiently perform the practical applications of class planning and preparation. At World Peace Yoga School, our students will learn how to create a positive and peaceful class environment for an enjoyable and transformative experience.

Certification

After completion of this course, you can register to receive your 300hr certification. You'll be able to teach globally with this advanced certification.

TIME OFF You will have free time in your daily schedule and have the whole of Sunday free for you to enjoy. You are encouraged to explore Rishikesh and experience the innate magic of the land. Taste Indian delicacies, enjoy a hot chai with new peers, wander the Ganga river and watch traditional ceremonies in the evening. Find one of the many quiet places in nature to unwind and practice your meditation techniques.

Rishikesh is a place spiritual seekers come to. Known as the Yoga Capital of the World, Rishikesh is the perfect setting for spiritual healing. Muni Ki Reti is a small town located near the pilgrimage city of Rishikesh. It is also home of many temples, yoga centres and centers for meditation and ayurveda. On the banks of the Ganga river, this town is considered to be the place where sages used to come to meditate.

At World Peace Yoga School, modern facilities are right next to the Ganga river. It prides itself on cleanliness and provides you with a peaceful learning environment. Being in close proximity with nature, serene and magical energy wafts into the premises. World Peace Yoga School's yoga halls are bright, colorful and modern with a gorgeous Ganga view and a literary library available at any time.


Muni Ki Reti is located in Rishikesh city and is easily accessible via car. A private car will cost around 80 USD from Delhi to Rishikesh. This is also your chance to carpool with your fellow students to keep costs low. Bus stations on the hand, are heavily dependent on your arrival time to the airport. Volvo buses (best condition) from Delhi to Rishikesh stop running around 9 PM at night. If you arrive in the evening, you will have to get a hotel for the night and then make your way to Delhi Interstate Bus Terminus (ISBT) in the morning.


Another option for transportation is to get back on a plane and fly to Dehradun airport (Jolly Grant). It can cost you about 50 to 70 USD, including taxi fare from the airport to Laxman Jhula.

Food

The menu at World Peace Yoga offers a nutritious meal thrice per day. These meals are included in the course fee, so you'll always be energised for every class. Outside of the venue, the Nirvana cafes offers a mix of western and indian favourites, made fresh and with care. Enjoy all the tastes and flavours of India and feel light, focused and alive. In your spare time, feel free to explore the food scene around Rishikesh and get a real taste for all that India has to offer.

Muni Ki Reti is a small town near the pilgrimage city of Rishikesh. Literally meaning, “Sans of the Sages’ Muni Ki Reti is the home of many temples, ashrams, yoga centres and centers for meditation and Ayurveda. On the banks of the Ganges river, this town is considered to be the place where sages used to come to meditate.

Muni Ki Reti is traditionally considered the gateway for the Char Dham pilgrimage. Gradually over time as many more ashrams were developed, Muni Ki Reti became a popular destination for yoga and meditation practitioners and seekers of Vedantic knowledge. For years boats were the only way to go across the Ganges where numerous ashrams lie, but in 1986, the construction of the Ram Jhula allowed easy access to the area.

Muni Ki Reti is located in Rishikesh city and is easily accessible via car. The nearest railway station to reach Muni Ki Reti is Rishikesh Station, which is 3 km away. The Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun is 22 km away.
