The dining experience is certainly a highlight of the retreat! The passionate organizers take the time to go that extra bit further for all guests, offering a menu made with love and care. Rather than serving banquet style meals as is the general standard, almost all meals are a la carte so each dish can be tailored to personal tastes and dietary requirements.
All meals are made from scratch, even down to the gourmet jams & chutneys and coconut lime sorbet. This way meals are bursting with flavour along with high nutritional content. The menus include gourmet a la carte meals for breakfast, healthy lunches and self indulgent canapés, yummy dinners and desserts made with a lot of soul by the resident chefs.
Two dinners are excluded so you can have the opportunity to try the local Balinese cuisine in one of the fine restaurants near by. Daily fresh tropical fruit baskets are gifted to snack on through the day. There is a station with unlimited purified spring water, brewed coffee or tea. The venue offers a healthy retreat menu that highlights the freshness and the flavour of the ingredients. The food runs the scope from pure comfort to globally inspired cuisine. It is a culinary journey that is led with passion and fun as new menus are presented daily.
For breakfast, they will normally be serving a fruit platter, homemade pudding, and apple crepes. During lunch, tea, organic salads, tofu or fish curry will be on the menu. For your snacks your will have an aromatic Thai fish cakes or oyster mushroom wontons. Later in the evening, you get to enjoy chargrilled tigerprawns, coconut salad, and brown rice. All these are guaranteed to be tasty and expertly prepared.
