The extensive menu spans traditional Ayurveda, western massages, oriental acupressure, aromatherapy treatments, holistic anti-ageing facials, the Chi Nei Tsang treatment, purifying body polishes, cocooning wraps and the Pranic chakra scan and cleanse. Food

Wholesome, organic, seasonal, local and nutritionally dense ingredients are the basic building blocks of healthy cuisine. Food here is designed to enhance and restore health and increase strength and longevity.

Himalayan and rock salts are used to add minerals as well as flavour. Where a sweet taste is required the resort uses natural sweeteners such as fruit juice, honey, jaggery or coconut flower syrup which provide so much more in terms of minerals and anti-oxidants than the empty calories from white sugar. Use of healthy cooking techniques such as braising, steaming, poaching and grilling and they keep temperatures low so that they can retain as much natural flavour and nutrients as possible whilst ensuring the food is easy to digest.

Knowledgeable, creative, skillful and a highly motivated Spa and Wellness professional; Dr. Manoj Kutteri brings forth the culmination of wellness center, with his two decades of exceptional background in global wellness concepts.

Dr. Manoj is from Kerala, the birthplace of Ayurvedic Medicine. His passion in holistic medicine since a teenager, had him pursuing his education around the healing sciences of Naturopathy, Ayurveda and he even went on to achieve a Masters degree in Psychology! As an adult, he procured his Masters degree in Business Administration and a Doctorate degree in health sciences from the United States which helped him successfully marry the holistic sciences into his management style and operations.

With over 20 years of experience in the wellness industry both internationally and across India, Dr. Manoj carries extensive knowledge in the mind-body medicine, along with a forte in Naturopathy, Ayurveda, Nutrition, Acupuncture, Yoga and Physical culture and Psychology. He garners customized overseeing of the guests' wellness needs, while performing and managing daily requirements and driving service excellence.

While having worked in leading spa and wellness destinations across India and abroad, he has during the span of his career pioneered in the introduction of traditional authentic Ayurvedic medicine in the West Indies. As a public speaker, Dr Manoj has conducted many talks and workshops in health and wellness, along with training programme for his associates which included practitioners from all over the world. In his years as a wellness director, he has achieved many spa awards for quality and diversity of his health and wellness programs and he revels in incorporating integrated wellness.

As a third generation healer, his personal mantra has always been to delve deep into the semantics of holistic healing and as a wellness seeker, he practices yoga and meditation, while observing a diet that feeds the mind and not just the body. At home, his wife and he stride to create a supportive wellness environment to hone a health culture for their children in their early age itself.
