Location

Nicoya Peninsula, Costa Rica

Costa Rica is an ideal destination to connect back with nature. With more than a quarter of its land dedicated to parks, reserves, and wildlife zones, Costa Rica is one of the most bio-diverse countries in the world.

From dormant volcanoes, rainforests, cloud forests, dense jungles, and wild beaches, Costa Rica offers a wide variety of destinations and activities for the eco-conscious.

The village of Montezuma, located just 30-minutes from Tambor airport, boasts beautiful Pacific beaches, dramatic scenery, and some of the best surfing in the world.

Located on the southern tip of the Nicoya peninsula, this laid-back beach town is surrounded by jungle-covered hills. Explore the nearby rivers, wildlife reserves, and scenic waterfalls.

Food

The core of the retreat diet is lots of raw food, plenty of protein and healthy fats, minimal processing, lots of fruit and veggies.

The resort is dedicated to using organic produce whenever possible, and are constantly seeking out new sources of organic foods in Costa Rica. Some are grown locally and some are brought from other parts of Costa Rica, especially the higher altitudes where foods will grow organically that can’t survive the beach climate.
