Itinerary :


Day 01 : Arrival in Kathmandu - government paperwork

Day 02 : Bus Ride to Pokhara (910m) 

Day 03 : Pokhara - Tikhedhunga (1525m) - start trek from Nayapul towards Tikhedhunga (3-4hrs)

Day 04 : Tikhedhunga - Banthanti (2130m) - Trek towards Banthanti through Magar Village (5-6hrs)

Day 05 : Banthanti - Ghorepani (2850m) - Hiking towards Ghorepani, exploring the local culture, landscapes & mountains (4-5hrs)

Day 06 : Ghorepani - Sunrise at Poon Hill (3210m) - Tadapani (6-7hrs)

Day 07 : Trek towards Ghandruk, break in Gurung village -
views of Annapurna South and Fishtail Himalayas. Drive back to Pokhara via Nayapul.

Day 08 : Departure

Kaski District, Nepal

Pokhara is a city on Phewa Lake, in central Nepal. It’s known as a gateway to the Annapurna Circuit, a popular trail in the Himalayas. Tal Barahi Temple, a 2-story pagoda, sits on an island in the lake. On the eastern shore, the Lakeside district has yoga centers and restaurants. In the city’s south, the International Mountain Museum has exhibits on the history of mountaineering and the people of the Himalayas.


One of Nepal's most beautiful spots, Phewa Tal is surrounded by a combination of monkey-filled forests and the high white peaks. The reflections in the mirror-like water in the early mornings are something you must see at least once.


Tourist buses  and crowded local buses/microbuses (NPR400-600, 6-7h) travel the 200km journey between Kathmandu and Pokhara almost every 15 minutes starting at 07:30 through late afternoon. Yeti Airlines, Buddha Air, and Simrik Air are reputable airlines that operate regular flights.
