The retreat takes place at the beautiful Dewa Retreat Centre, a luxury hotel in the foothills of the Himalayas and voted one of the top 10 hotels in Rishikesh. Each room at Hotel Dewa Retreat offers breathtaking views of the Himalayan hills and a private quiet balcony area to relax, sip a cup of tea or just read a book to the sound of the river Ganges and the cool breeze surrounding you. The hotel also has a swimming pool with stunning views and a serene spa for some rejuvenating optional treatments.

It just takes a short 45-minute direct domestic flight from New Delhi to Dehradun Jolly Grant airport, and Rishikesh is just 25 minutes drive from the airport. Dewa Retreat Centre is just off the National Highway and a short 5 to 10-minutes walk away from the famous Laxman Jhula Bridge.



Healthy and nutritious meals will be included following Yogic principals as a way to optimal health and well being. In the evening, an almost supernatural breeze blows down the valley, setting temple bells ringing as sadhus, pilgrims and tourists prepare for the nightly ganga aarti - a fire offering or ritual performed on the Ganges.

Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi (DEL) is the international airport that is closest to the schools in Rishikesh and Dharamsala. From there, you have several options to get to Rishikesh. It is recommend to either take an additional flight from New Delhi to Dehra Dun (DED) or arrange for a taxi or bus for the final part of your journey.
