Food

Highly talented chefs serve up delicious dishes made with fresh produce and utilising all the flavours of the region. Fish and chicken dishes are served with brown and wild rice. There are also many wholesome vegetarian options, favorite menu items include Spinach Enchiladas and Vegetarian Thai Curry. The menu can also be adapted to suit vegan and gluten free dietary needs. Enjoy a glass of Organic Wine or Costa Rican Beer with dinner.

The menu is predominantly vegetarian, with organic eggs and dairy, but local, hormone-free chicken and fresh fish are also included, and vegan, gluten-free and other dietary requirements are happily catered to with a little notice.

The staff at the venue strives to serve healthful, enjoyable food with fresh and natural ingredients. A beautiful fresh salad is part of every dinner, using only healthful oils, real butter and local honey. Desserts are homemade and generally light, though rest assured they do strive to accommodate everybody’s love for chocolate!

Tastefully designed with unique décor, each private room comes with its own bathtub, private terrace and garden with outdoor seating. Hardwood furniture and a ceiling made of teak, brings the ambiance of the forest into your room.​
