9 Day Forrest Yoga Advanced Teacher Training

Taught over nine full days, this course is open to yoga teachers from any yoga school or lineage and graduates of the Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training (no minimum years of teaching experience). You must have a regular personal practice and be ready to move deeper within yourselves and assist your students in the discovery of the physical, emotional and spiritual benefits of yoga. Forrest Yoga expects you to have the willingness, health and strength to commit to 100% of this teacher training. You will receive a letter of completion only upon 100% completion of the teacher training.

Ana Forrest designed this program to be highly experiential. The training includes chanting, pranayama, intensive yoga practice, working with injuries, addressing the needs and challenges of students, mentoring your own practice and needs, and learning the principles of class sequencing for advanced poses. You will also be taught how to work with students at different levels and abilities and with different body types.

The teacher training package includes your tuition fee and the whole curriculum. Teachers new to teaching Forrest Yoga will be able to call their classes 'Forrest Inspired' yoga after successfully completing the Advanced Training. This teacher training is worth 69.75 hours.


Participants must have a regular personal practice prior joining the program. If you are not a graduate of the Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training, we suggest that all interested trainees get acquainted with Forrest Yoga and Ana's method of instructing before attending this teacher training.

Created by DOCK 11 due to increased demand, this space has expanded to additional 5 studios, two villas and a coach house. The construction costs of the new buildings with five studios were funded by the Stiftung Deutsche Klassenlotterie.

The new imense extension through room formats of the EDEN from 9-300 square meters offer all kinds of art studios and production rooms.

Through a 60-year lease, the artists, visitors, employees, students, etc. have the opportunity over a very long period of time to use the site. Flourish movement and constant renewal by people of different generations and different topics, flow through the rooms. These are the foundation and support with a reliable, solid character in an ever-confusing world.

Non Residential


Food is not included in this training but Forrest Yoga has the absolute luxury to be able to offer fresh, healthy and delicious organic lunches for trainees during the Advanced Teacher Training in Berlin at an additional cost. That means you don’t have to even think about where to shop and when to prepare your lunch, you can simply enjoy it. The food will be ready for you after your morning intensive! The park-like garden and the cozy Eden Cafe invite you to spend your precious break time on the grounds of Eden, freeing up precious time to relax and replenish. Food is homemade, hot, nutritious and fresh with organic ingredients from local farms.
Dishes will be simple, tasty, filling and generally: Gluten-free, Garlic and onion-free, Vegan & Vegetarian, Cow’s milk-free, and Sugar-free. Occasionally, sheep or goat’s milk products, as well as eggs will be served separately. Meals will include: fresh vegetables, gluten-free grains, potatoes, lentils, pumpkin and salads, topped off with different nutritious seeds.




This is a 9-day program which will allow teachers from other yoga schools and lineages to join the Forrest Yoga education program. Here, you will learn and understand the art of sequencing, practice and teach intermediate and advanced asana for different levels and to prioritize the needs of students with special needs and injuries. Forrest Yoga will guide you throughout your journey in becoming a successful yoga teacher.
