After finishing her 1200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Yoga Therapy, she has continued to delve deeper into her practice and expand the scope of her studies. In 2017, she acquired her Reiki Level 1 Certification from Himalayan Yoga Retreat and a 300 hour Yoga Alliance TTC from the Association of Yoga & Meditation in Rishikesh. She has also completed a Diploma in Zen Shiatsu Therapy from Ryoho College.
