Manoj was born and raised in Rishikesh. He traveled the country for numerous years, studying yoga masters all over the country. Manoj then did a post graduate diploma at Kaivalyadham, Lonavala, a yoga institute of worldwide repute. He has been teaching yoga in India and abroad since 2003. He has worked as an executive in the yoga teacher training department at Zhongshan City, China. He brings a mixture of skills to his personalized yoga sessions, tailoring to the students every individual need.
Manoj blends traditions of power yoga, hatha yoga and restorative yoga. He offers an ancient form of practice incorporating the utmost purity and tranquility of yoga to balance and energise the body and mind.
