For this ritual to work, it is important that you use your time and energy wisely. During the breaks and days off, you will be encouraged to study, practice teach, and spend time in silence to help you digest the teachings you are exploring. You’ll be asked to keep a journal during the course as well as completing your assignments, which will offer a great chance to reflect on this transformative journey as it unfolds.

The yoga is essentially vinyasa yoga with a strong focus on meditation and pranayama. Energetic awareness such as bandha work, Kundalini meditations, and yoga philosophy will also be covered. You will explore the process of the mind and meditation through the Yoga Sutras, Eckhart Tolle’s The Power of Now and Buddhist teachings. You will explore the body from a holistic perspective, and you will learn the asanas in their classic form as well as from a developmental perspective. On completion of the full course you will leave this training certified to teach yoga through Yoga Alliance.
