In the 1 level, you will go through a journey in the history of yoga and you will also become aware of the differences and similitude of the different styles of yogasana to find out your authentic path. 

This teacher training gives all participants a solid foundation and grounding in the Yoga teachings which can then be shared with others. This 1 level course is open to all students, teachers, and seekers who are looking to deepen their practice.

This teacher training package includes your tuition fee, manual of Kashmir Shaivism School of Yoga teacher training program, cleansing tools for Kriya practice, herbal teas, and accommodations shall you choose to select fee with this option.

TIME OFF Arambol Beach features cliffs near its beaches that are famous for activities such as paragliding and dolphin watching. Adjacent to the beach are a few shops that sell clothes, handicrafts which came from across Goa and India. There are also some good cafes along the main beach and on the headland to the north, there are dining places that cater tasty delicacies from different cuisines around the world.

The Kashmir Shaivism Yoga Shala is located at Arambol beach very close to the majestic Indian Ocean. It is the perfect location for an immersive training, and allows you to be very close to the crystal clear water. Arambol is a secluded and pristine beach, and offers peace and tranquility that is very supportive of spiritual work.

Arambol Beach extends over 16 km and consists of two beaches, more popular is the main beach (Harmal beach), the northern most beach in Goa . The second, beach lies beyond the rocky circlet and can only be reached on foot and is bordered by steep cliffs on both sides. The main beach is long stretch of curving sand is good for swimming. The cliffs near the beaches are popular for paragliding and wild dolphin watching boat trips. Adjacent to the beach a few shops sell clothes, handicrafts from across Goa and India. Some good cafes along the main beach and on the headland to the north cater tasty delicacies. The large and sprung out Arambol village near the seashore Arambol is quiet and friendly, with local fishing men.

The closest airport is Dabolim in Goa, and is 29 km from the capital Panaji. Indian Airlines has direct flights from Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai daily. The airport is 45 minutes from Arambol and you can just employ airport taxi services. You can also reach the school by bus. Buses from Mapusa stop on the main road at Arambol.

Food is not included in the teacher training package but near the school, there are variety of food offerings you can try which are ran by people from all around the world. Specializing in raw, vegan, and traditional indian meals, there are a lot of food options that can complement your stay during the course. A variety of Indian restaurants surround the place as well as international restaurants that let you have a taste of dishes from around the world. You can try french cuisine and seafood at La Plage or Italian cuisine in Marbela. For local food, Palasha serves northern Indian cuisine.

A traditional fisherman village, the Arambol Beach is a pristine and secluded beach in the North Goa and can be approached by a winding road through the groove of cashew trees. It is a rocky as well as sandy beach and has a fresh water lagoon which extends along the bottom of the valley into a thick jungle. The lake is fed by boiling hot springs and is lined with sulfurous mud which people love applying on their body to do wonders to their skin.

The easiest way to get to Arambol is by plane. Fly to Dabolim International Airport and from there take a taxi to Arambol, which takes approximately forty five minutes.
